FREE On-site events
Can be delivered at your work place location(s). We run these indoors with outdoor options from April-September. They provide a platform for interaction, live Q&A and hands on experience with bikes & cycling equipment.

Our live webinar presentations will help you reach a wider range of employee across the whole of your business. Live Q&A’s in an open forum, often help employees get involved and thinking about how Cycle2work can benefit them.
FREE Pre-recorded Webinars
Ideal for when it’s difficult to get employee diaries to coincide. Our pre-recorded webinar can be watched on-demand at any time to suit your employees.

How to make the most from your events
If you’re thinking about booking an event, not only is it important to choose a time that will suit your employees, but you should also consider how to promote it ahead of time to maximise turnout.
Here’s four practical tips to help you make the most from an event:

Don’t leave it till the last minute
As soon as your event booking is confirmed, make sure you start announcing the event as soon as possible to generate interest and create awareness.

Block your employee’s calendar
Add a calendar placeholder detailing the time and location to ensure it’s in their diary.

Email Communication
Plan to send regular emails to remind your employees about the upcoming event.

Marketing Material
Use the event related marketing collateral found in your Cycle2work employer portal to spread awareness of the upcoming event.

On-site Roadshows
Our team requires around four weeks from the date of booking to deliver your event. As soon as you have booked an event, our team will reach out to confirm your booking and discuss more details for your selected event format.
For on-site events, we would request a minimum of 200 employees to be present at the time(s) the team is there to the deliver the event.
For both your employees and our team to get the most out of the hours on site. Our team normally attends over the lunch period to maximise footfall. However, please let us know if there are better times that could be more suitable.
Virtual Roadshows
No minimum employee number.
Once you have made your online booking, the team will reach out to you to confirm the booking and send the Teams meeting link across to you via email.
Live webinar presentation normally last around 30 minutes. The team delivers a 20 minute presentation followed by a 10 minute live Q&A session.
