Step 2

Kriya eligibility check

Before your order is placed, Kriya runs a soft credit check. Halfords will then confirm if you’re eligible, share your spending limit and get you onboarded with an account. 

Step 3

Pay on account

Once Halfords has dispatched your items, Kriya will send you an invoice to settle your Halfords account which should be paid by the last business day of the following month.

Kriya offers their services to limited companies, limited liability partnerships, limited partnerships and sole traders. To be considered, your business must have been trading for a minimum of three months. 

Before you can use Trade Business Credit, Kriya performs a soft credit search on your business to check if you’re eligible. This will not impact your credit score. 

If you are eligible, the first time you make a purchase with Trade Business Credit powered by Kriya, a hard search will be made (this will only happen the first time you use the service). The search will appear on your credit report. Multiple hard searches in a short period of time may affect your credit score. 

Using Trade Business Credit powered by Kriya is free. There are no transaction fees.

However, if you are overdue in paying your invoice (at the end of the following month) you may be subject to a late payment charge. Late payments can negatively impact your Trade Business Credit powered by Kriya spending limit.

Halfords have partnered with Kriya to provide business customers with flexible payment options and trade credit. Trade customers can defer paying for goods and services until a later date. The way this works is that the cost of your order is covered upfront by Kriya with your Trade Business Account spending limit, and you have extended terms to repay the balance.

Kriya has provided a bank account in Halfords’ name specifically for Trade Business Credit orders. Once payment for your order is due, you’ll be required to pay the balance into this bank account.

No, you can use Trade Business Credit powered by Kriya whenever it suits you.

Once we have processed your cancellation or return, Kriya will process a return in five to seven working days. In the case of a return or cancellation of an order where you have not yet paid, no refund will be made.

Kriya is providing Halfords with a payments solution. Kriya is not supplying any goods or services to the buyer. As such, Kriya is not required to fill in any supplier onboarding forms or contracts directly with Halfords buyers.
